SpaceXAI Launches Grok 4.7 With Stronger Coding and Engineering Performance
Grok 4.7 brings improved software and electrical engineering performance, longer context handling, self-verification and agentic workflows, while keeping API pricing at $2 per million input tokens...
SpaceXAI has launched Grok 4.7, a new AI model focused heavily on coding, engineering and agentic workflows. According to the company, the model delivers improved performance across several technical benchmarks compared with Grok 4.6.
On CursorBench 4.0, a software engineering benchmark, Grok 4.7 scored 46.3%, up from 40.4% for its predecessor. It also recorded 64.0% on EEBench for electrical engineering, highlighting the model’s focus on technical workloads.
Grok 4.7 is designed to handle longer contexts, verify its own work and support agentic workflows where AI systems can perform multi-step tasks with greater autonomy. The model is already available through tools such as Cursor and the Grok API.
Pricing is listed at $2 per million input tokens and $6 per million output tokens, positioning the model for developers looking to balance advanced capabilities with usage costs.
For software teams, the combination of coding performance, self-verification and agentic capabilities could make Grok 4.7 useful for development and engineering workflows.
